Job summary
New Salaried GP working four sessions per week.
We are seeking to recruit a new member of our team, to expand our dynamic, happy and friendly practice in the picturesque village of Woodhall Spa.
We are keen to hear from someone with a wide range of skills, ready to provide our patients with the highest standard of care in the modern world of General Practice.
We are aGMS practice with 2 GP Partners, 3 salaried GPs and 2 ANPs. Our patient list size is currently around 5,400. We work in spacious, purpose-built premises and for the last 8 consecutive years we have been very high QOF achievers. Our practice is a key member of the East Lindsey Primary Care Network and developing increased collaborative local MDT approach.
We use SystmOne as our clinical system and AskMyGP for our digital consultation tool.
Main duties of the job
Our GPs and ANP offer consultations via the digital consultation tool, by telephone or video call and also face-to-face. We are supported by a paramedic, our respiratory nurse, our practice nurses and HCAs in providing quality care and support to our patients. We are also supported by our ARRS staff and have a mental health nurse and first contact physio who work on site as well.
We dispense to a large number of our patients and work closely with our dispensary staff to ensure medication is issued correctly.
We offer Enhanced Access appointments throughout the week and we would like the successful applicant to provide one or two EA telephone appointments each week.

We have been a very successful training Practice in the past and are in the process of restarting training as three of our current doctors have completed the PGCME. This enables us to keep up to date but also demonstrates our supportive and nurturing ethos. Our senior GP Partner hold a key position in the local Primary Care Network so that we can help shape and drive care in our area. We are keen to help team members to develop their own skills and interests: these interests do not have to be medical. We would like to meet a candidate who would be keen to join our team and work part-time. A wide range of interests and experience is welcome.
