- Supervise the Sales Administrators; establish department goals, set priorities, manage office equipment and budget, and direct/monitor staff activities
- Ensure support for sales function by working with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, contract administration, and program managers to facilitate organized, timely, and cost-effective build and delivery of vehicles and parts
- Prepare, administer, and coordinate customer/dealer quotations, proposals, and bids Responsible for customer satisfaction, problem solving, and assuring quality service
- Monitor/administer departmental profitability, the sales plan, and associated budget
- Develop and negotiate contract proposals and pricing
- Oversee the development of related systems and procedures
- Ensure internal support for Oshkosh Corporation's marketing and sales functions
- Coordinate and host, in a professional demeanor, customer/representative visits, factory tours, and product inspections, as needed. Evening or weekend work with customers may be required
- Represent the Sales team by presenting sales forecast and other sales briefings to executives
- Ensure personnel in the department have adequate resources to perform their jobs
- Proactively plan and execute plans in accordance with established time constraints
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor ’s degree in related field
- 6-plus years experience in related field

Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
