      Are you detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about supporting sales teams that bring leading consumer brands to market? We’re looking for a Sales Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data accuracy, process improvement, and customer support within our fast growing mid-size food company to support our $550M Walmart business.

      In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly while owning the behind-the-scenes execution that fuels exceptional retailer partnerships. From managing contract workflows and supporting promotional accuracy to enabling customer-facing presentations, you'll be a core resource for our talented Walmart Sales Team based in our Bentonville Sales Office.

      Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the go-to expert for entering and managing customer and promotional data across retail portals—ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution.
      • Own the end-to-end process for uploading, validating, and maintaining customer contracts, including quality checks and alignment with internal and retailer-specific protocols.
      • Partner with National Account Directors by enabling seamless contract commitments and promo alignment within Telus and related sales systems.
      • Support the development of customer-facing materials by providing the right data inputs, visuals, and templates—empowering the sales team to deliver compelling, insight-driven stories
      • Act as the first line of contact for field sales inquiries—resolving pricing discrepancies, deduction issues, and portal-based questions with urgency and professionalism.
      • Help implement sales programs and vendor initiatives, keeping compliance, timing, and communication on track.
      • Use internal (e.g., BEX, SAP) and external (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana, Scintilla, Retail Link) data sources to provide inputs that inform business planning and execution.
      • Drive continuous process improvement—helping streamline workflows, improve reporting templates, and reduce challenges for customer execution.
      • Maintains a pulse on market trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity to support proactive recommendations.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in a sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial support role ideally within the CPG, Retail or Food Industry.
      • Experience working with SAP, syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana), and customer-facing portals , including Retail Link and Scintilla. BEX experience a plus.
      • Highly organized, systems-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
      • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint and MS Office; familiarity with Outlook and SharePoint

      Compensation and Benefits:

      The base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

      Qualifications

      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

      Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or commercial support

      Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Outlook and SharePoint

      Experience working with SAP, syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana), and customer-facing portals

      Ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skill

      Proven experience with entering and validating promotional or contract data in systems such as Telus

      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset

      Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in supporting sales teams and cross-functional partners

      Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
