What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced data models and sales dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key sales metrics
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for sales leadership and executive teams
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and predict future sales trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales productivity and support financial reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, focusing on analytics and business intelligence
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including data preparation, modeling, and report development
- Experience with Salesforce as an end user and for reporting purposes
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
