What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the beauty industry
- 3+ years of beauty retail management experience
- Ability to travel 75%
- Intermediate skills in MS Office
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to influence others and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated success in sales strategy and team development
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to build partnerships with retailers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the cosmetics industry
- Knowledge of skincare and fragrance
- Familiarity with Charlotte Tilbury brand
- Additional language proficiency
