  What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent): Plus, some retail or sales experience (preferred but not required).
  • Critical Thinkers: With excellent math, computer skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • People Skills: Build positive relationships and create memorable experiences.
  • Wellness Enthusiasts: A passion for total body care and some knowledge of massage and skincare services.

  Your Day-to-Day:

  • Outstanding Customer Service: Make every client feel valued and understood.
  • Promote Total Body Care: Educate clients on our services, sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and boost homecare retail sales.
  • Support Clinic Flow: Welcome clients, schedule appointments, handle phone calls and emails, and answer questions.
  • Client Growth & Retention: Engage with clients in-person and through outreach efforts.
