- Demonstrate proficiency understanding business models and balance-sheets for both corporate and financial institutions, credit and financial risk management and creating bespoke solutions and products for current market themes
- Expected to independently lead certain aspects of complex executions, transactions/projects due diligence and analyze complex legal documentation, draft termsheets and coordinate with the risk functions including credit risk, regulatory capital, accounting policy and legal. You will be expected also to understand Firm's approach and policies for managing risks, compliance and conflicts.
- Requires a collaborative approach working with our business partners in structuring, sales, trading, syndicate, and banking to provide comprehensive structuring coverage across the alternative credit ecosystem. The ability of building personal partnerships with main stakeholders of the team will be key.
- The ideal candidate should be a team player with a strong intellectual curiosity and capacity to learn quickly, a high degree of organization with the ability to see the big picture and maintain the attention to detail, under high pressure situations with the appropriate degree of urgency and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree required or relevant working knowledge
- Strong ability to identify information set and understanding implications and how to manage appropriate any private-side information with trading while continuing to work closely
- Sound understanding of trading targets, investors’ appetite among a variety of products and fundamental risks
- Good grasp of the basics of credit analysis and financial modelling to determine cash flow- and asset-backed debt capacity on companies from various industries
- Strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player that partners well within the immediate team and with key stakeholders
- Critical thinker and lead of trade ideas and themes for clients with strong ability to communicate concepts, both verbally and via documentation, presentations and marketing material, explain rationale and validity to different audiences

- Fluent (or native) in French and/or German
- Experience in syndication and distribution of alternative assets to investors in space among different structures and distribution formats
- Established connectivity with key stakeholders of the Alternative Credit ecosystem (e.g. syndicate, trading, public and private side sales)

As an Analyst in the Alternative Credit and Infrastructure Structuring team you will be primarily focusing on the Alternative Credit mandate of business with the opportunity to be exposed to the infrastructure when an financing angle is required. Within the team, you will be part of the development of the product set and asset class, with direct involvement in idea generation and transaction execution with the team’s partners across the firm.
