      Position Overview

      The purpose of this role is work closely with the National Sales Manager DACH on the day to day running of a quickly growing medical device. Applicants for this position must be flexible and willing to take on a wide range of tasks – from strategic projects to day-to-day administrative tasks. (+ Marketing, Organization).

      We are looking for a dedicated, high-performing and accountable individual with initial MedTech marketing experience who wishes to advance their early career by serving in a marketing coordinator position on a technology that is changing the cardiovascular landscape. The primary focus will be on sales support activities that might range from more strategic projects, contributing to the execution of marketing programs and events to daily administrative tasks. This is a growth role that will be vital to the Reducer DACH team and company’s success in the region.

      Essential Job Functions

      • Collaborate on the development and distribution of marketing collateral (adapted to DACH market) to the sales team.

      • Establish and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors.

      • Manage HCPs CV requests for all DACH meetings while working cross-functionally with global marketing team and Prof Med team.

      • Own the POs request process for all marketing and administrative initiatives.

      • Develop an in-depth knowledge of cardiology community trends on the digital space and implement digital marketing initiatives.

      • Partner closely with international marketing & sales team.

      • Sales Team Support: Help the DACH team with a range of administrative issues including:

        • Reviewing and finalizing study contracts with legal team.

        • Organizing and coordinating team meetings and trainings.

        • Serve as interface with third party suppliers of Shockwave.

        • Support setting up customer events in DACH while working with the US events team on compliance, contracts and meeting logistics.

      • Other Business Critical tasks as assigned by the National Sales Manager DACH.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

      • Marketing experience is preferred.

      • Not required but helpful: experience in the medical device market, specifically interventional cardiology.

      • Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach.

      • Excellent communication skills in German and English and convincing personality.

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, operating as a team and independently, adapting to changing requirements..

      • Based in Germany with a willingness to travel within DACH (20%) and occasionally some EU countries and the USA.

      • Digital Marketing experience is a plus.

      Classification:

      Depending on experience and qualifications, this position is assigned to E11-E12 (CBA Chemical Hamburg).
