Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential catering and private dining clients through outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Client Relationship Management: Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone and email, providing personalized recommendations and assisting with bookings.
Event Coordination Support: Assist in planning and executing private dining and catering events, ensuring smooth guest experiences from inquiry to execution.
Marketing Support: Distribute promotional materials to drive sales and brand awareness, including "Be Our Guest" cards, postcards, and event collateral.
Customer Engagement: Respond to guest inquiries related to private events, catering, and loyalty programs, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
On-Site Support: Attend select events as needed to provide hands-on assistance and ensure guest satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event details, and follow-ups.
Must be an active student pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Passion for sales, hospitality, and guest service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask.
Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Availability to work 20 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed for event setup.
