Sales & Service Representative

A Brief Overview
The Sales Service Representative promotes all banking services and products of the Branch in accordance with the selling culture, goals achievement and established measurement standards (Complies with a Score card plan).
Accountable for adhering to the Bank’s BSA, AML and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFCA) applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. The employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and/or transactions in accordance with the Bank’s processes and complying with any mandatory BSA, AML and OFAC training assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Attends and orients clients to promote the service and bank products sales as well as responds inquiries and brings solutions. (Complies with a Score card plan)
• Establishes and develops relationships with clients presenting them the right alternatives to their needs in accordance with the One Stop Shop philosophy.
• Performs the personal loans disbursements.
• Verifies client’s checking accounts funds availability.
• Maintains a log of the work area documents and forms.
• Complies with all related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Submits results reports about his/her production.
• Complies with the Branch Selling Culture, goals, working plans, sales (Score card) and administrative procedures.
• Complies with the Total Quality Program.
• Performs greeter duties when needed.
• Assists management with special projects and tasks when requested.

• Banking products and services knowledge, preferableWhat You’ll Need:
· Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, but not limited to others, and one or more years’ experience in banking or relevant sales experience or their equivalent:
60 university credits with two (2) years or more of banking experience or relevant sales and customer service experience, or technical course with three (3) years or more of banking experience or relevant sales and customer service experience or + High School Diploma with four (4) years or more of experience in banking or relevant sales and customer service experience· One (1) year of experience in orientation, promulgation and sale of the services and products offered by the bank, preferable.
· Computer literate in the use of MS Office.
· Fully Bilingual, preferable.
· Sales, Customer Service and Presentation skills are a most.
· Excellent communication skills
· Available to work holiday days, weekends, and flexible schedule.
