What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound cold calls to inform members about their benefits and assist them in scheduling medical appointments
- Receive inbound calls from members to educate them on their benefits and provide guidance
- Coordinate care across various settings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Document member engagement accurately in all relevant systems
- Collaborate with other departments and health insurance representatives to resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, and billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED is required
- At least 3+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Ability to make outbound cold calls to schedule medical appointments
- Strong customer-centric focus with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion for customers' challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of care coordination and case management concepts
- Bilingual language skills preferred (English-Spanish or other)
- Experience working within a healthcare-related service environment
