- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
- Respond to leads in a timely manner.
- Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and refine strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- An innate ability to build rapport and solid relationships with prospects on the phone.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- A high level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.
- The ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
