      Part-Time Sales Assistant/Move-In Coordinator

      Days Vary, 9am to 5:30pm

      $21-$23/hour

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

      WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Minimum of 2 years sales support experience preferred within Hospitality, High End Retail or Senior Living
      • Proven success with organization, independent time management & attention to detail
      • MS Office proficiency with the ability to learn CRM database software

As a Sales Assistant Move In Coordinator assisting the Belmont Village Senior Living Sales team, you will work closely with prospective residents and their loved ones providing exceptional customer service while assisting with prospect follow-up calls, providing community tours as needed, assisting with the move-in process and providing other administrative support within the sales department.

      WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

      • Coordination of move-in process and assisting with all non-care related move-in logistics
      • Conducting prospect follow up calls and providing community tours as needed
      • Maintaining apartment inventory & readiness lists
      • Maintaining resident files & updating lead management database / CRM
      • Assisting with sales and marketing events within the community as needed
