      Your Role as a Sales Associate

      As a Sales Associate at Agapex, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, engaging with clients, and supporting the sales team. You will help identify potential customers, maintain relationships, and ensure a seamless experience for clients interested in Agapex's solutions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist in prospecting and engaging potential clients in the healthcare industry
      • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining client records
      • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product/service information
      • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
      • Track sales activities in the CRM and ensure data accuracy
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and follow-through
      • Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare challenges, and Agapex's solutions

      What We're Looking For

      • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
      • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
      • Ability to handle objections and navigate client conversations professionally
      • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
      • Interest in the healthcare industry and willingness to learn about healthcare solutions
