      Eagle’s Trace is a beautiful 70-acre continuing care retirement community located just minutes from the metroplex in West Houston, Texas. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

      We are hiring an experienced Sales Associate who is an integral member of the Sales and Marketing team and is expected to work independently and as a member of a highly interdependent team. This position is responsible for marketing the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyzing various business metrics to determine the prospect’s viability and the next best step in the sales and marketing process.

      Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $25 / hr

      ***Plus generous commission structure

      How you will make an impact:

      • Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales meetings, and group sales.
      • Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc.
      • Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation.
      • Conduct extensive follow-up, follow-thru activities, and retention programs.
      • Conduct phone sales that increase the quality and quantity of appointments attended by prospective residents.
      • Manage the integrity of our Customer Relationship Management database information and reports.

      What you will need:

      • AA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Bachelors’ preferred. Prior experience may be considered in lieu of education on a case-by-case basis.
      • Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
      • Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) is strongly desired.
      • Proven technology skills
