  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver on sales plans and company objectives by cultivating and building customer relationships
  - Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescriptions
  - Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements
  - Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed
  - Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment while fostering a positive team culture
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
  - Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills
  - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  - Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the optical field or knowledge of eyewear products
  - Ability to embrace new technology with a high level of accuracy
  - Proven track record of meeting sales goals and objectives
