      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of business performance for the X-Ray business in North America, including market share, orders, deal visibility, win rate, price realization, and customer satisfaction
      - Develop and execute the Go-To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, and services
      - Provide pre-sales support for Radiology and X-Ray market and Philips products, acting as a resource for modality sales specialists and clinical application specialists
      - Support and coach the Modality Sales and Clinical teams, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and plans
      - Assist the Head of Marketing and Events team in customer-facing events to generate new leads/prospects and demonstrate products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry
      - Experience in new-age digital marketing programs, content marketing, campaign management, and product launches
      - Strong capabilities in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and financial acumen
      - Bachelor's Degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales content creation and value proposition development
      - Familiarity with the Radiology/X-Ray industry
      - Experience engaging with C-suite customers
