What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up on warm leads and assist customers with U-Haul related products and services
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to provide rental quotes and earn new business
- Meet all quality-related metrics and goals while maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanor
- Utilize established methods and procedures to handle calls efficiently
- Collaborate closely with management and receive daily feedback on performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Clear speaking voice and general knowledge of U.S. geography
- Previous sales experience is a plus
