What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up on warm leads and make outbound calls to assist customers with U-Haul related products and services
- Answer incoming calls and provide quotes for rental rates while overcoming customer objections
- Meet established quality-related metrics and goals while maintaining a courteous demeanor
- Utilize multiple computer programs to efficiently handle customer inquiries and requests
- Collaborate closely with management to receive daily feedback and improve performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- General knowledge of U.S. geography
- Previous sales experience is a plus

- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with U-Haul products and services
