- Bachelors/University level degree in related Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or operations field required

- SAP Callidus HANA experience would be an added advantage.
- Responsible for the ongoing operational configuration, rule creation, calculations, workflow management, user setup and data administration of Callidus Cloud Commission System (Callidus).
- Direct responsibility of all technical and reporting builds and testing within Callidus, including partnering with vendor directly as needed to deliver more complex or custom solutions.
- Drive continuous data and functional integration opportunities to and from key business systems (ERP, BI, CRM, etc) and execute, in partnership with business counterparts, on the technical implementations of these.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Commissions and Territory Planning on the design of world class commission plans, looking for innovative and automated ways to support within Callidus.
- In partnership with commissions and business stakeholders, support design of market leading visual user and reporting experience, including workflow and analytical dashboards.
- Manage relationship with vendor, including escalation handling and represent the Clarivate voice in driving product enhancements.
- Provide overall governance of Callidus system, results and payments and support SOX and general business compliance.
- Manage extraction and cleansing of all commission data to and from business systems and FTP input into Callidus.
- Run Callidus calculations, validations, and error corrections through release of results to end-users and execution of payment workflows.
- Prepare post payment financial reporting and reconciliation of results.
- Deliver technical solutions for agile in-year components to support special incentives / competitions (SPIFFS).
- Provides end-user and admin training on Callidus to Sales and Commissions.
- 1st line support for resolution of all technical and data disputes.
We are looking for a SAP Callidus Sales Commission Analyst to join our Sales Commissions team, who can support in leading best-in-class sales compensation processes and activities through our SAP Callidus system to enable sales compensation to be a driver to support business objectives. They candidate should be able to meets operational performance objectives, identifies, and executes on ideas that allow for continuous improvement in existing processes. Works collaboratively with internal teams and Clarivate’s unified Sales Operations team and with key external stakeholders from sales to ensure departmental objectives are met.
We work in a very collaborative environment, with flexibility on individual choice for place of work and time, our focus is more to get the deliverable as per prescribed timelines.

About the Team - We are a 10+ team of System and Commission Analysts in Hyderabad, the department is part of a large Global Sales Operations function serving a community of 600+ sales professionals.
Hours of Work -2 PM to 11 PM IST (Mon-Friday).
Location- Noida/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai.
