      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Prior sales-related experience preferred
      - Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - State-specific real estate licensing strongly encouraged

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in dental transition, practice financing, or real estate sales
      - Maintaining state-specific real estate and/or broker licenses in good standing
      - Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills
