What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments with clients to assess their home organizational needs
- Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Educate clients about products and services offered
- Follow sales training protocols and utilize communication skills to assist customers
- Manage leads and marketing materials provided for client interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
- Must possess a growth mindset and willingness to participate in training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Coachable attitude and readiness to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Interest in design or home improvement
- Familiarity with sales processes or techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
