      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate sales revenue in the assigned territory by executing effective sales plans aligned with personal and team targets
      - Create and maintain a strong sales funnel for capital sales, ensuring enough opportunities to meet quotas
      - Approach and negotiate sales at various organizational levels, including departments and corporate entities
      - Maintain and grow customer relationships through proactive selling and follow-up
      - Report on sales opportunities and provide feedback to management using financial data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - At least one year of field sales experience required
      - Previous experience in field sales within the healthcare industry preferred
      - Exceptional interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multiple years of field sales experience in the healthcare industry
      - Prior leadership experience in a sales environment
      - Strong business and financial acumen
      - Ability to effectively address varied audiences during training and product demonstrations
