What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate sales revenue in the assigned territory by executing an effective sales plan
- Develop and maintain a robust capital sales funnel to meet quotas
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and continuing education programs
- Manage and negotiate sales contracts at various organizational levels
- Report on sales opportunities and provide feedback using financial statistical data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare field sales
- Proven track record in selling capital and consumable medical products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

- Existing relationships with major medical customers in the assigned geography
- Exceptional ability to sell in a clinical healthcare environment
- Strong business acumen and experience presenting financial analysis
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
