What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage sales efforts in a designated 2-5 state territory
- Schedule webinars and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to secure signed contracts
- Build rapport with hospital and practice administrators to understand their recruiting needs
- Maintain organization within the territory while providing timely information and follow-up
- Present information effectively and respond to inquiries through various communication channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of healthcare business development experience
- Proven sales experience in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, and Cold Calling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in alignment with core values: Commitment, Integrity, Trust, Extra Mile, and Continuous Improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or related fields
