      Job Responsibilities and Requirements

      Responsible for sales and service of Group Products to the producers within his/her assigned territory.

      • Responsible for the sales of Company products, achieving sales goals by line of business.

      • Responsible for the development of brokers within his/her sales territory.

      • Adherence to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures.

      • Adherence to company underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.

      • Will provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary.

      • Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the general operation of sales office functions as requested.

      Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Related Experience

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relevant Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.

      • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience. This request may be waived for exceptional candidates from outside of the of the group employee benefit industry on a case by case basis.


      The expected hiring range for this position is $47,380.00 - $59,230.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Tampa, FL). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.


      Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
