  Tempur Pedic is opening a new Flagship Store in Tucson at La Encantada shopping center!

  Role Summary :

  The Tempur-Pedic Flagship retail concept is more than just a retail experience—it's a journey towards better sleep and health. Our Tempur Sales Consultants will engage with our customers to ensure they receive exceptional service while promoting products that contribute to their overall well-being.   Essential Role Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate passion and interest for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and consultative experience.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by offering detailed product knowledge and timely follow-up.
  • Support the store in maintaining the standards of presentation and product care.
  • Foster and support a collaborative and open environment.
  • Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.
  • The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Maintain a consistently neat and professional appearance in accordance with company dress code standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by store management.

  This is an hourly position with a rate of $17.00 per hour plus a monthly incentive that is based on sales production.

  Requirements

  Role Requirements

  • 1-3 years retail sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
  • Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships.
  • Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently.
  • Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through on-going training, as provided by the company.
