What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct pre-set appointments with clients to assess their home organization needs
- Build rapport and understand customer requirements through effective communication
- Educate customers on products and services offered by the employer
- Follow sales training protocols to assist residential customers with their organizational needs
- Utilize provided leads and marketing materials to initiate customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience needed
- Must possess a growth mindset and willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with home organization products and trends
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
