Job Description

- This position supports the Atlantic region and can be located in any branch within the region.
- Work closely with entry level to master level sales coordinators within the region to develop their knowledge and skills.
- Train new coordinators.
- Properly answer questions from coordinators and assist in problem solving.
- Guide all coordinators through more complex issues while involving management, customers, salespersons and vendors.
- Work with the General Manager to determine appropriate staffing needs at assigned branches. Coach coordinators through the various duties.
- May work with other department coordinators and collectors regarding set-up of specialized billing for large and complex accounts.
- Work closely with Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure processes and standardized work is in place, improved upon and adhered to.
- Ensure processes are in place and adhered to, utilizing standardized training documents as appropriate.
- 2-4 years related experience. Previous subject matter expert as a coordinator and training experience strongly preferred.
- Associate degree, preferably a business degree, or equivalent experience
- Branch business process knowledge required.
- Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and time management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment and lead team activities
- Microsoft Office experience
- Bi-lingual skills would be a plus.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record
