      Location

      • This position supports the Atlantic region and can be located in any branch within the region.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Work closely with entry level to master level sales coordinators within the region to develop their knowledge and skills.
      • Train new coordinators.
      • Properly answer questions from coordinators and assist in problem solving.
      • Guide all coordinators through more complex issues while involving management, customers, salespersons and vendors.
      • Work with the General Manager to determine appropriate staffing needs at assigned branches. Coach coordinators through the various duties.
      • May work with other department coordinators and collectors regarding set-up of specialized billing for large and complex accounts.
      • Work closely with Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure processes and standardized work is in place, improved upon and adhered to.
      • Ensure processes are in place and adhered to, utilizing standardized training documents as appropriate.

      Qualifications

      • 2-4 years related experience. Previous subject matter expert as a coordinator and training experience strongly preferred.
      • Associate degree, preferably a business degree, or equivalent experience
      • Branch business process knowledge required.
      • Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and time management skills
      • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment and lead team activities
      • Microsoft Office experience
      • Bi-lingual skills would be a plus.
      • Valid driver's license, good driving record
