      Job Purpose

      Reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager – Back to Nature, the Sales Coordinator - Back to Nature will work closely with the Sales team to support our customers and meet Sales objectives. Back to Nature is one of the pillar brands within the Natural and Grocery Channels and was one of the original natural brands in the market! We are step-changing brand resonance with today’s consumer that will unlock penetration and Sales growth. This will require top notch sales and customer support, ability to work cross-functionally with the Back to Nature team, attention to detail, and other day-to-day support as needed.

      How the Role Will Measure Success

      • Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers on creating and maintaining monthly sales reports.
      • Creation and management of Distributor Toolkit using UNFI and KeHE reporting to identify supply chain activities, analytics.
      • Support Field Sales and Broker partners in loading, adjusting, and canceling promotions within Trade planning system.
      • Coordinate logistics on trade shows and conferences.
      • Track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports and presentations sell in sales strategies.
      • Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team's daily operations.
      • Ability to work cross-functionally (i.e., marketing, finance) with the Back to Nature team.

      What You Will Bring to the Table

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
      • Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Consumer Package Good Sales support role.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • High proficiency & experience working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with internal teams and cross functional partners.
      • Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail, strong organizational / project management skills.
      • Experience with syndicated data Nielsen, SPINs, Exposure to UNFI Clearview & KeHE Connect a plus!
      • Ability to travel up to 10%
