Sales Coordinator
**Summary:**
Join our Sales and Marketing team as a Sales Coordinator. You'll provide vital support by coordinating activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and nurturing client relationships.
**Responsibilities:**
**1. Coordination:**
- Organize sales files, assist with reporting, and coordinate site visits.
- Collaborate with the events team for seamless event planning and detailed resumes.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and analyzing sales data.
**2. Sales Support:**
- Provide admin support, handle inquiries, and cross-sell services.
- Maintain the sales database and prepare reports.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
**3. Development:**
- Learn from sales reps, attend workshops, and network with professionals.
- Strive to achieve sales targets and develop leadership skills.
**4. Customer Relationships:**
- Build strong relationships with clients and handle inquiries.
- Seek feedback, maintain existing relationships, and convert leads.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Previous sales support experience a plus.
- Adaptability and customer-focused mindset.
