      Our Sales & Marketing Department has an immediate opening for a polished, organized, creative and ambitious Sales Coordinator.

      This individual will support the Director Sales and other Sales Manager’s efforts as well as create marketing projects that bring exposure to the Hotel. There will be a heavy focus on being knowledgeable of hotel's event options via phone or email, conducting tours of the facilities to potential customers, event planning assistance, referrals to outside vendors, handling contracts and being a liaison between third-party service providers and other hotel departments.

      Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hotel front desk and/or sales experience and knowledge of the local area. In addition, vibrant written and oral communication skills coupled with thorough knowledge of social media and the ability to multitask are crucial components that will make this individual successful.

      What You’ll Do:

      As the Sales Coordinator, you will have the pivotal role of supporting the daily operations of the sales team to ensure they meet the hotel’s financial goals. You will also act as the liaison between the hotel’s sales and operations team, making sure everything runs smoothly.

      Here are some tasks you can expect to complete on a daily basis:

      • Generate and distribute various sales reports and statistical analysis.
      • You will coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of a group's stay.
      • Meets with clients as needed.
      • Conducts tours of the hotel and banquet facilities.

      Where You’ve Been:

      You have at least 2 years’ experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in a hotel is a plus but not required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a necessity. If you are driven, organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills then this may be the position for you.
