      As the Sales Coordinator, your role will involve supporting sales managers and front desk team members to ensure customer satisfaction. You will perform clerical and administrative duties related to guest and hotel communications. It is essential that you provide warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance to reassure guests that they’ve made the right choice in staying with us.

      The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

      • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills
      • Prior exposure to computerized Sales & hotel Property Management Software; experience with OPERA and CI-TY software is a plus
      • A genuine interest in hospitality; a desire to make others feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for
      • A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
      • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards is an advantage
      • The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

      As the Sales Coordinator, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

      • Assist Director of Sales and Sales Managers with daily administrative tasks
      • Definite Booking -Turn Over - Make Sales File, Route to Banquet Manager, at end of Function Close Out File
      • Manage Room Block (cut off dates), rooming lists, and business traveler needs.
      • Qualify Incoming Leads
      • Manage Bonvoy Points, Commissions, and Rebates
      • Send out daily event agenda and event change report.
      • Weekly distribution of BEO’s and Resumes
      • Keep the BEO/Resume Books up to date
      • Book and Plan all In-house events
      • Daily check on all Amenity Requests for Groups with Chef/Kitchen in the morning
      • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
      • Order monthly supplies (1st of each month)
      • Coordinate with operations/front desk to ensure smooth group arrivals
      • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales kits for prospective clients
      • Assist with marketing materials, social media content, and promotions
      • Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and CRM systems
      • Other duties as assigned
