- Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce. 
- Process orders and invoices accurately and timely 
- Support the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities. 
- Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers. 
- Help with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution. 
- Act as an out-of-office back up for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff 
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools. 
- Generate and analyze sales reports and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. 
- 1–2-year customer/partner-facing experience 
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company 
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools 
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
- Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends
