      Duties and Responsibilities

      As Sales Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our efforts to increase sales and customer satisfaction for our diverse range of event options, focusing on birthday planning. You will manage inbound inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and drive year-over-year (YOY) growth across multiple markets nationwide. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for clients while achieving sales targets and expanding our market reach.

      Territory 4 = SFBay, ONT, SAC, SD, PHX, DAL, FTW, AUS, DEN, KCO (10 locations)

      Key Responsibilities

      • Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding birthday packages with professionalism and enthusiasm.
      • Provide detailed information about various packages, including features, pricing, and customization options.
      • Utilize a consultative sales approach to match clients with the best birthday package for their needs.
      • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the overall experience and increase sales revenue.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and follow-up.
      • Address and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
      • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for various markets.
      • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to ensure YOY growth targets are met.
      • Present regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

      Work Experience and Requirements

      Required Qualifications:

      • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
      • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
      • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in the event planning or hospitality industry.
      • Knowledge of various birthday package options and trends.
      • Previous experience working with a nationwide client base.
