      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for Territory Managers and customers, facilitating communication and support
      - Process customer orders through internal systems and ensure accuracy and completeness
      - Engage customers through regular contact to promote sales and highlight ongoing promotions
      - Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales performance and support customer needs
      - Respond to customer inquiries and requests, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - At least three (3) years of previous customer service experience required
      - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem resolution ability
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and drive them to resolution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in food service distribution is preferred
      - Sales experience is a plus, but not required
      - Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com, is advantageous
