This highly-performing individual knows that behind the scenes of every great sales team is a natural multi-tasker ensuring all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. This team member is instrumental in organizing the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant group information to the operations team to create a memorable experience. This individual acts decisively and seeks feedback but also has strong interpersonal and customer service skills. A true representation of the 'glue that binds' a team together.
Requested Tasks
-Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
-Support sales teams with administrative tasks such as expense reports, processing invoices, etc.
-Assist sales and marketing team with a variety of internal and external tasks
-Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details and coordinate with clients
-Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
