Job Description

- Create and modify documents with MS Office tools
- Support application engineering staff in assigned project work
- Coordinate and maintain key proposal documentation forms and data sheets.
- Lead After Market sales of spare parts with product knowledge and business system knowledge
- Lead creation of spare parts lists for proposals.
- Lead submission, approval, and release to procurement of sold spare parts.
- Lead creation, submission, and pursuit of orders for recommended spare parts.
- Assist in developing costs for simple to moderately complex change orders on active projects
- Obtain vendor quotes in support of the application engineering department to include expediting receipt of vendor quotes and revalidation of vendor quotes.
- Assist in development and improvement of standard estimating processes
- Documentation management for the application engineering department to include, but not limited to, organization of documentation on network and transfer of information to Sharepoint project site/s.
- Facilitate Order Entry of won opportunities to include, but not limited to, review of financials, verifying end user information, and system validations
- Temperature controlled working environment. Some outside activities may be required.
- Typical office environment: may experience minor discomfort from extensive use of a computer display and keyboard; travel between buildings on campus and between campuses
- Maintaining body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs.

Minimum Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Computer Skills: ERP system Oracle; Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience utilizing Excel, Word and Oracle with the ability to learn new software programs• Customer Oriented• Able to manage multiple priorities• Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; develops realistic action plans in order to meet deadlines• Problem Solving: Gathers and analyzes information using inquisitive mind, using strong logical, methodical and systematic skills• Work independently with little or no supervisionWorking & Environmental Conditions
