      Overview

      As a Sales Coverage Support Analyst, you will provide fundamental support to the Team Heads/Relationship Manager(s) - [RM] and Investment Managers (IM) to assist in the day-to-day business activities in all aspects of client servicing and operational support. You will function as the primary point of contact for RM and UHNW clients in Latin America for all operational requests by liaising with key stakeholders at the Booking Centre. You will be responsible for timely action on requests and issue resolution to meet the client’s needs.

      What You’ll Do

      • Handle and respond to RM requests and client queries related but not restricted to account documentation, account balances, account maintenance activity, statement information, general product and/or service information

      • Assist RM in new account opening process -preparation of comprehensive account opening pack for submission to onboarding team post client signature and process account opening with the Client Onboarding Team

      • Ensure all operational tasks related to client accounts are completed in a timely manner to ensure satisfactory service levels to clients

      • Remain current and thorough on operational processes, services, and firm's systems/applications

      • Fostering strong working relationships across coverage, product, and infrastructure divisions

      • Ensure back up responsibilities in the absence of other support staff to ensure business continuity

      Skills You’ll Need

      • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) (or Portuguese where relevant)

      • Key work experience within the Banking Industry, preferably in a client facing function, ideally within the Wealth Management space

      • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization

      • Ability to demonstrate good time management and problem-solving skills by multitasking in a fast-paced environment

      • Should be assertive, analytical, organized, and flexible

      Skills That Will Help You Excel

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

      • Extensive experience in Wealth Management or in a sales support role

      • Series 7, 63 Financial Industry Regulatory Authority license

      • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (V-Lookup/Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and Outlook

      • Self-motivated to learn, strong team player and adaptable to change

      Expectations

      It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

      The salary range for this position in New York City is $70,000 to $130,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
