What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer support via telephone and internet channels, addressing inquiries and resolving basic support issues
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring timely resolution
- Troubleshoot customer problems and utilize resources to identify solutions
- Document inbound support requests and maintain accurate customer information
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced associates as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation with the ability to type 25 words per minute
