What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and instant messaging for inquiries and issues
- Resolve basic customer support issues, such as address changes and order processing
- Escalate technical product-related inquiries to the appropriate Product Support department
- Troubleshoot customer problems and document support requests accurately
- Mentor and guide less experienced associates as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
