      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer support through telephone and internet channels, including instant messaging and email
      - Handle inquiries and resolve basic support issues, such as address changes and order processing
      - Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate support team
      - Troubleshoot customer problems, identifying root causes and resolving issues promptly
      - Track and document customer inquiries and ensure accurate entry of customer information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
      - Proficient in PC operation and navigation
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
