Aids in fulfillment of marketing materials, trinkets, sales supplies, mailing campaigns, etc
Provides Pre/Post-Sale business resolution and follow-up with the wholesaling team
Provides Pre-sale licensing, agent appointment approvals, and NAIC Suitability training
Facilitates timely divisional/channel sales and activity reporting
Assists Internal and External Wholesalers with updating and maintaining the information in Salesforce to preserve its accuracy and functionality
Monitors and organizes sales supply inventory and proactively assesses timely replacement of materials
Assists Internal Wholesaler to create, assemble presentation format, and ship hypothetical/illustrations to reps in a timely manner
Provides Concierge Service, collecting information, completing sales applications/paperwork, and/or assisting with order entry process for approved partner firm's advisers
Assists Internal and External Wholesalers with Event Scheduling campaigns
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or sales, or other additional majors focusing on financial markets/sales; at an accredited college or university. Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship
Resourceful and well organized. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Must have good written and oral communication skills
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
Must be well organized and be able to prioritize tasks effectively
Must be willing to work from our office in downtown Denver, Colorado
Desire to explore a career in the financial services industry
Interested in pursuing a sales career path
Computer application software knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Hybrid work environment; report to Denver, CO office twice a week
Candidates must be able to work ~40 hours/week during the 12 week internship program (mid-May to mid-August)
