      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Generate leads through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video
      - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers to advance them towards appointments with Sales Executives
      - Utilize creative outreach strategies to initiate interest and engagement from potential clients
      - Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement effective methods for reaching prospective customers
      - Assist Sales Executives with follow-up communications and ensure a smooth transition of leads

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - 1-2 years of experience in outbound-focused sales or customer-oriented roles
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and captivate audiences
      - Strong time management and organizational skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Basic knowledge of the public accounting space or professional tax preparation is a plus

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
      - Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative is beneficial
      - Demonstrated passion for achieving sales goals and driving results
      - Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changes in technology and client needs
