What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound phone calls to set appointments for sales teams with potential clients
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics and existing customer relationships
- Explain the benefits of products and services concisely to generate interest
- Run sales campaigns using sequenced email and video outreach strategies
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on campaign effectiveness and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One or more years of B2B or B2C inside sales experience
- Outbound prospecting experience with a track record of generating new business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others via phone, email, and video
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
