      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect through cold-calling and messaging to generate qualified leads for the Sales organization
      - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion
      - Utilize tools like SFDC, Apollo, and Sales Navigator to build a book of business and raise awareness of the employer in target accounts
      - Strategize on effective outbound plays to consistently achieve sales quotas
      - Maintain metrics-driven conversations regarding progress and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong adaptability, coachability, and a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives
      - Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversational threads effectively
      - Willingness to work collaboratively across teams to achieve strategic objectives
      - Relentless drive to complete tasks and find solutions to challenging problems
