      Denver-based luxury hospitality company seeks diverse sales-oriented representatives who are highly-organized and have experience catering to discerning clientele. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the United States, any level of sales experience, and any related skillset. New hires participate in a robust training and typically upon completion move into role to fine tune their pitch prior to taking on a quota.       Opportunities may be available in any or all sales verticals.
      Responsibilities:
      • This person should be self-motivated: Outbound calling into the prospect database is monumental, have proficiency in drafting meaningful emails, and educating leads generated by the club.
      • Responsibilities include contributing to the sales pipeline through Salesforce.com our CRM. This includes task creation and completion, and database management.
      • The ideal candidate should be comfortable reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and providing accurate guidance on quota attainment.
      • The ideal candidate should be results driven and to operate with both high output and quality, and should have the utmost integrity in their work.
      • The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This includes developing interpersonal relationships with other departments and managers.
      • This person must be able to work closely with various salespeople and personalities across the organization.
      Qualifications:
      • The capability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
      • Overcome difficult objections, rejection, tough personalities, various decision makers, and maturely handle the highs and lows of a professional sales environment.
      • Desire to see the world and a passion for travel.
      • Strong organizational skills, with the capability to effectively prioritize.
      • Desire to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback.
      • Impeccable listening skills, and the ability to react quickly in conversation.
      • Stellar work ethic and attitude.
      • Proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
      • Current experience in the Sales department.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Preferred at least 1-2 years of quota bearing sales experience.
      Location - This role will be located at Inspirato headquarters in downtown Denver: 1544 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80202. At Inspirato we value collaboration and flexibility; we offer a hybrid work environment where employees may work remotely up to three days a week.
      Compensation - $40,000 Base Salary $75,000 On Target Earnings
      We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

      401k Retirement Plan – This position is eligible to participate in the company’s 401k retirement plan.
      Flexible Paid Time Off – This position is eligible for flexible paid time off. At Inspirato, we believe in taking personal responsibility for managing and balancing our individual time off with our workload and results. Instead of accruing or being granted a specific number of days per year, employees have the flexibility to manage their time out of the office.
      *Individuals based in California are eligible for a paid time off policy in which PTO is accrued each pay period.
      FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year – subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
