Engage with potential new customers primarily through cold calling, while also leveraging multiple channels such as emails and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Support prospects in understanding N-able’s value and how our solutions can contribute to their business success.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives across Europe to ensure that generated appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
Consistently meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
Maintain accurate records of all customer and prospect interactions using CRM tools (Salesforce and Outreach).
Proactively invest in professional development by participating in training sessions, sharing best practices, and learning from colleagues across the sales organization.
Ambition to thrive in a fast-growing industry, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
Passion for technology and an aptitude for tech sales.
Curious mindset with a strong drive to understand the industry and customer needs.

As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) at N-Able, you'll help connect potential customers with the tools they need to protect and manage their clients' technology. This is a great opportunity for entry-level professionals to break into the tech industry, learn about cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, and develop valuable sales skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in driving growth while building a strong foundation for your career in tech sales!
This role is hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in our Edinburgh office in the West End, and 2 days from home).
