- Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Build long term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Prospecting by making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and researching potential clients.
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.
- Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
- Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, cold calls, and email to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 3-5 five years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.

The starting pay range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
