- Req#: 44314
- High Volume Prospecting: Conduct 80-100 activities per day, including calls, emails, and social media outreach, to qualify leads from Gannett’s Lead Database.
- Inbound Call Management: Field inbound calls and convert them into prospects.
- Scheduling Meetings: Arrange marketing assessments and discovery meetings for Account Executives to further evaluate a prospect's business and potential partnership with Gannett.
- Needs Qualification: Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
- Business Insight: Learn how various businesses operate, understand their daily challenges, and discover how technology can significantly improve their operations and employees' lives.
- Personal Growth: Create opportunities for personal growth by mastering the fundamentals necessary to become a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
- Cybersecurity Participation: Join the company’s cybersecurity incident response team to ensure timely and compliant handling of security incidents involving personal data.
- Education: High School diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Certifications: None required.
- Achievement: Proven track record of high achievement.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Environment: Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Performance: Strong desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
